As a physiotherapist, I felt I already knew the OEP programme from downloading a manual - how wrong I was!  I learnt so much about the delivery and progression, support and motivation of older people to perform the exercises, well worth the time to attend the training!

Can I just say how much I enjoyed the course over the weekend and am looking forward to the next time we attend - Bex is a FANTASTIC instructor who really knows her stuff. Dr Mead's lectures were also truly FANTASTIC and I could have listened to her speak all day.
