Sarah Wheatley is an LLT PSI/OEP Practical Tutor and Assessor. She holds a C&G 7307 and her D32/33 Assessor's qualification and D34 Internal Verifier award. She has an MSc in Exercise and Health Science and is a qualified PSI, BACR Phase IV instructor, Exercise to Music, Step, Older Adult, Fitness Assessment, Circuit Training, Resistance Training, Walking, Aqua and Indoor Cycling and Les Mills Body Pump.Sarah was the Physical Activity Advisor at Sutton and Merton Primary Care Trust, London where she was the Exercise referral lead and managed Falls and Injury Prevention Exercise Service for frailer older people.
Sarah is married to Andy and is the proud mother of twins. She enjoys cycling and travelling.
