Description

Sheena Gawler (nee Land) is LLTs OEP Development Co-ordinator.  She is also a PSI/CBE/OEP Practical Tutor and Senior Assessor and more recently an Assessor for EfS.  She is a qualified Assessor (D32/33/34) and has a Cert Ed.  She previously worked for YMCA Fitness Industry Training as a Senior Course Director / Assessor.  She is co-author of Age Uk's Strength and Balance Exercise Booklet and has co-directed two videos for exercise for frailer older people (Help The Aged).  She is currently also working part time at University College London as a Researcher on the ProAct65+ trial, where she also delivers PSI and OEP classes and trains the peer mentors working in the trial.

Sheena is married to Keith and has a son, Joffe. Her interests include her rabbits, photography, shopping and diving.
