Unless stated otherwise, all days run from 8:55 am to 5.30pm and best endeavour will be made to close on time. However, with the Venue’s and Candidates’ agreement some short time over-runs may occur.

Please meet at the entrance area where you will be directed to the training room.
There is free on-site parking available at the venue.
There are no facilities at the venue to purchase lunch, therefore we recommend bringing a packed lunch. Alternatively there is a shop across the road. Refreshments will be provided at breaks.
You will receive your full manual set on Day 1 of the course.
You will need to bring writing materials and note sheets for any additional note taking and you are advised to wear comfortable exercise clothing – such as trousers, t-shirt, warm top and trainers.
