Each day runs from 8:55 am to 5.30pm and best endeavour will be made to close on time. However, with the Venue’s and Candidates’ agreement some short time over-runs may occur.

Please meet at the refreshment area outside Hope room.
There is no on-site parking at the venue. The nearest available parking is in the NCP car park, if parking here please take your ticket to the venue reception team who will then give you a second ticket. When leaving the car park use both tickets and you will receive a discounted rate (maximum £7 for 24hrs)
Glasgow Central train station is less than a minute walk and Queen Street just an 8 minute walk away.
A 2 course hot buffet will be provided at lunchtime free of charge, alternatively please bring a packed lunch. Refreshments will be provided at breaks.
You will receive your full manual set on Day 1 of the course.
You will need to bring writing materials and note sheets for any additional note taking and you are advised to wear comfortable exercise clothing – such as trousers, t-shirt, warm top and trainers.
