There is free onsite parking available at the venue.
There are no facilities at the venue to purchase lunch, therefore we recommend bringing a packed lunch. Alternatively there are shops nearby. Refreshments will be provided at breaks
Please wear suitable clothing for gentle exercise and bring materials for taking notes.
