Two weeks before your course you will receive, by email, some suggested pre-course reading and a pre-course task to complete and bring along to the course with you. You will then receive your course manual on the day.

The day runs from 9am to 4.30pm and best endeavour will be made to close on time. However, with the venue’s and candidates’ agreement some short time over-runs may occur. Please print a timetable and bring with you on the day.

Please meet at main reception.
There is no on-site parking available at the venue. Parking is available in the town centre car parks on Victoria Street or Borough Park Road. Please do not use the hospital car park.
There are no facilities at the venue to purchase lunch, therefore we recommend that you bring a packed lunch. Alternatively there are shops nearby.
You will need to bring writing material and paper for any additional note taking and you are advised to wear warm, comfortable exercise clothing and trainers.
