Please meet in the reception area where you will be directed to the training room.
There is free on-site parking available at the venue.
There are no facilities on-site to purchase lunch, however there is an Asda within a 5 minute walk away. Alternatively please bring a packed lunch. Refreshments will be provided at breaks.
Please wear suitable clothing for gentle exercise and bring materials for taking notes.
