Please meet in reception where you will be directed to the training room.

There is limited free on-site parking available at the venue. There is also a long stay car park called Shepherds Spring Lane which is about a 5 minute walk from the venue. Alternatively you can park at the nearby leisure centre but it can be quite expensive.

There are no facilities on site to purchase lunch, therefore we recommend bringing a packed lunch. Alternatively there are shops/cafes 5 minute walk away. Refreshments will be available at breaks.

Please wear suitable clothing for gentle exercise and bring materials for taking notes.
