Please meet in the entrance hall, where you will be directed to the training room.
There is pay and display parking available up to 4pm.
There are no facilities at the venue to purchase lunch, therefore we recommend bringing a packed lunch. Alternatively it is a 5 minute walk to the high street. Refreshments will be available at break-times.
Course hand-outs will be provided on the day.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and footwear and bring additional materials for taking notes.
