Please meet at reception where you will be directed to the training room.
There is free parking available in the Basement Car Park, car and driver details need to be provided in advance. A member of staff will meet attendees in the car park. Alternatively there is a public car park in Tower Street which costs £15 per day.
There are no facilities at the venue to purchase lunch, therefore we recommend bringing a packed lunch. Alternatively there are Cafes/Supermarket located on the high street 5-10 minute walk away. Refreshments will be available at break-times.
Course hand-outs will be provided on the day.
Please wear comfortable exercise clothing and footwear and bring additional materials for taking notes.
