For those of you that did not attend, see below for what we covered and where we were. Should you be interested in receiving a password that will allow you access to the handouts, please contact the office. You will be asked to choose your preferences on the Conference Registration Form.
We are holding a competition for you to win one of TWO FREE registrations for this conference. We want to hear of innovative models of service delivery (anything from new methods and areas of working, new partnerships or novel delivery methods). We want to enthuse and give other PSIs and EfS Instructors ideas for action.
Please submit a brief summary of your innovative method of delivery (MAX 500 words) with your Conference Registration Form. If selected as the winners of the free registrations, you will receive a full refund of your registration cost and be asked to “present” your service in a 10 minute slot at the conference (within Workshop 1 (B) or 4 (E)).
The deadline for submission of competition entries is lunchtime on the 12th August.

Chancellors Hotel and Conference Centre is conveniently located for all local amenities and is only 3 miles from Piccadilly Train Station and approximately 5 miles from Manchester International Airport.
If you are travelling by car, Chancellors has a secure car park with up to 90 spaces free of charge. Additional spaces are availalbe close by and are free of charge also. Maps, bus and train times and other information on getting to the venue can be found here.
Conference Cost: £120 (Incl. VAT).
The cost of this conference covers attendance on both Saturday (half day), and Sunday, all refreshment breaks, lunch on both days and also attendance at the Conference Reception and Dinner at the Venue on Saturday Evening. Attendance at this conference (Sat and Sun) receives 4 CPD points and you will receive an attendance certificate at the end of the day on Sunday. PLEASE NOTE – The cost of the conference does not include accommodation, this must be booked separately by yourself (see Conference Accommodation Section below).
For this conference we are not accepting invoice information or purchase orders. As the conference places are being filled on a first come first served basis we cannot accept this method of payment. After payment you will receive a PAID RECEIPT, which you can use to claim from your PCT/Council/Employer.
In exceptional circumstances we will now accept requests to invoice your funder direct.
The Conference Venue, Chancellors Conference Centre, has 71 onsite ensuite rooms. These can be booked online via http://www.chancellorshotel.co.uk/bedrooms or you can call 0161 907 7414. If there is no availability at the venue, you can try the following websites with information on B&Bs, Hotels, Motels and Serviced Apartments near M14, Fallowfield. Accommodation ranges from £27 pppn to £100 pppn.

- Your place at the conference is NOT confirmed until LLT have received payment and have emailed a confirmation of your place and sent you a paid receipt.
- You have to book and pay for your own accommodation. It is suggested you wait until you receive a paid receipt before booking your accommodation.
